Very astute.  The VALUE is in the tie back for a two train LNG Project.  Toss in Stratigic Exploration Partner and recertificaiont upside, we can call it a day with 50/50 ownership.  " border="0" class="smilie" src="images/smilies/lightbulb.gif" />

Let's not forget there is also value in the tieback to PNG LNG via the installed tee in the pipeline across the Gulf.  Wouldn't it be ironic if IOC's first gas came from the dinosaurs and not the ruminants?
