The vast majority of the money will be spend on the LNG plant, which is an investment, not an expense and will help to monitize and appreciate the value of the NG outside of PRL-15. Also, IOC management has expressed to me a sell down of assets outside PRL-15 once these fields are proved up a little more. So in 2-3 years we will have these fields delineated (albeit no fully) but we will have resource estaimtes and then we can sell down, just like we did with Total... and BTW that sell down will probably include total for the 3rd-6th train.
