With respect the the Telegraph. The reason NG is 2.50 in the US is because it's a byproduct of oil production. The oil in the shale is very light and mixed with NG. It's so light you can almost put it in a diesel motor or burn it as kerosine. Over production of a money losing commodity is not the way capitalism works.
