Second time in two months I've seen this.  Expect a bounce back after they unload going into tomorrow.  Hopefully they miss out on an early surpise.

Hi there Ray - Some more of my "wondering" ..... Is orchestrated a little more fancy word for 'manipulated' ? With IOC stock, there seems to be an abundant amount of that going around.I don't expect much in the am to help the pps of our stock. Our guys aren't exactly "overpowering" us with "gobs" of good news. Sure hope I am surprised.

Yes, just spouted out the first word that came to mind.  Can't believe I didn't recognize it until first thing this morning when there was significant unloading.  I can't believe I fell for it again.  I was already  planning how I was going to retire early on that dividend from Exxon or Total Smile.     I bet we don't hear much tomorrow either; however, I sure would like to hear an update on the progress of the pressure testing and maybe even hear a little something on Wahoo, that would be nice too.

Ray-  Retiring "early" on anything ioc does really seems far away. Inspite of my overall optimism for our quality leases, I sure wish that we didn't have 4 idle rigs right now. With a few million dollars a month going "out the door" ,and no holes being punched anywhere, things can get a little "apprhensive". As I said earlier, sure hope I am surprised !

Sageo, I realize that you are correct in that there are apparently no drill bits turning as of today, and I don't want to argue over technicalities; but I think it's a little overstated to say we have 4 rigs "idle" right now, especially in a way that should cause you "apprehension".  The only one that should be drilling right now is the problem rig at A4 which has almost completed its last job for IOC before disposal/retirement.  The second High Arctic rig is not yet available for deployment in PNG yet.  Three other rigs based on the latest information are currently being readied for restart or mobilized for spudding in the CURRENT QUARTER, in the next few weeks, specifically Rig 3 being readied for restart at Wahoo, and the efficient leased rig from A5 and first High Arctic rig being mobilized to Triceratops and A6.  Beyond that they have Rig 2 available from Bobcat if needed and the second High Arctic rig on the way, with plans to spud Antelope South and Raptor 2 in the second half.  It appears that there will soon be THREE drill bits turning at once, not counting the completion of A4, and a lot to be excited about on the near-term horizon, with the potentially HUGELY exciting Antelope South and Raptor 2 being planned and prepared for beyond that.  If you really are "apprehensive" about the drilling per above, you may very well be in for being very positively "surprised"!  Patience is a difficult and rare but required virtue in the stock market, not to mention in the E&p industry IOC is in.
