As an interesting aside, Salesi Kauvakahiva the man behind these videos, is a Pacific Islander from Tonga https://www.linkedin.com/in/salesikauvaka Both Salesi and the research center grounds remind me of life here in the Hawaiian islands. Maybe a bit more rustic there in PNG, but very similar environment and lifestyle. It's great seeing people like this involved. Based on this guy's background and comments in the videos, he's obviously concerned about the environment. Kudos to Nautilus for leveraging human talent such as his.
