PNG is low on money and over extended financially, but they still want a slice of the cake. Nautilus can't just piss them off by saying, sorry, you had your chance. Let us not forget that they have to work with that government for years to come.

If the funds are not needed now then what is the problem? Non!

I think we all saw something like this coming anyway and this situation is far better then PNG opting out altogether.

I also do not think that this will lead to any delays. Why should it? As long as there is money available to pay the bills it's full steam ahead.

By the way, @ Observer: The way I see it is that you really have no place here with your constant moaning and negative statements. We can clearly think for ourselves and noone likes a mood killer like you. I have yet to read one single relevant and constructive input you gave here. If you don't like the stock then sell it and refrain from posting here.

I feel like we are all sitting on a bus on the way to a big game to support our team and one guy contantly moans that our team is no good and that it will lose.
