On the other hand, IOC included a statement I would consider of some importance not in the OSH pr, i.e., "InterOil Chief Executive Dr Michael Hession said the venture would now enter basis of design, a significant milestone for the Papua LNG project", sometimes referred to as "BOD". I would suggest this is included in Total's development schedule/timeline in presentations as part of "FEED", shown as starting at the end of Q2, in which case would not indicate any significant slippage in the previously shown timeline.
