loosely worded? Hah! Couldn't be more clear except to those who choose to call "up" "down". As for this investor there is nothing more pertinent to IOC long term value than confirmation of a reservoir under that cap.
I agree that is important, but they cannot comfirm it until it is properly confirmable, At the same time, what is "more pertinent" is a good certification for PRL 15 and moving ahead with Papua LNG, imo.
