Clipper Logistics plc:Announces that it has been appointed by German fashion brand s.Oliver, to manage its European wholesale and retail returns management service.This represents the company's first Boomerang contract in mainland Europe.Contract win represents advance for Clipper's European operations, based in Germany. s.Oliver is family-owned fashion company located in Rottendorf, Bavaria and operates retail outlets throughout Austria, Croatia, Switzerland and the Netherlands as well as across Germany.Says Boomerang returns management service will be delivered from Clipper's existing solutions centres in Munchberg and Hof.As a condition of the contract, s.Oliver sought to dispose of the freehold of the Munchberg site to Clipper.Clipper operates an asset-light business model and does not currently own any of the sites that it provides services from, therefore the Munchberg site has been acquired by Knaresborough Real Estate Limited, related party to Clipper through ownership by Executive Chairman Steve Parkin

Clipper Logstcs Plc:Says it has agreed heads of terms with John Lewis Partnership to provide a range of retail support services from a new distribution centre, under a proposed ten-year agreement.Says it is in process of selecting final location for operation.Says initial activity will commence in mid-2016 to support John Lewis' new distribution centre in Magna Park, Milton Keynes.

Clipper Logistics PLC:Signs long term contract with Fashion Retail S.A.U.Says new contract will see Clipper providing e-fulfilment services for Zara brand from new distribution centre in Northampton.Site will provide in excess of 340,000 square feet of space.Clipper operation will provide fulfilment of online orders for Zara fashion in certain European countries.
