My guess is that the participants are LOOKING FOR OIL - NOT NATURAL GAS !!
My guess is wrong !! It is a "Gas Target" Gas sea to shore via pipeline for domestic Myanmar and Thailand consumption only.
The deep water prospect may well be both oil and gas.
