Seems pretty clear Total wants this project to go forward . The low construction costs etc are nuts compared to what is already on their book and conpared to other new money choices with little political risk . They have the contacts to pull this off and lock in this low cost project . Now where will Exxon get extra gas for its project???Do we have extra????Somewhere.
