Mr. Phil Mulacek spent a lot of his own money to acquire his IOC shares .... and is obviously concerned that his ultimate ROI will be significantly lower than he expected.
Many of us are also "Concerned InterOil Shareholders" (CIS) because we spent a lot of our own hard-earned money to buy shares in this company over the years, only to see it evaporate like a block of Dry Ice in PNG.
Let's see what some of the large shareholders say ... those who own more shares than us.
Do they want to accept a buyout at 50% premium over todays' PPS? Or do they want $100+ per share?
Or do they want 1.2+ shares of XOM per share of IOC?
How will they vote on the Proposals tabled by CIS?
