Even GCA's 2013 number of 7.1 T's plus 6 T's at TBR means at least 13 T's certified by someone . That size gas supply will not get sold cheap . Whatever the first offer might be .
What bothers me about this is the number of E/A investors with conflicts of interest due to their investments in other LNG facilities. That certainly includes the banks. So who's to say whatever deal is proposed will not be the result of collusion? MH wants a seat with the big boys? How much is he willing to pay?
As Raymond James noted, no one to date has included TBR in their calculations of what IOC is worth (except for some of us bums in the retail market). As has been demonstrated by other posters no one has given IOC credit for its future cash flow from Papua LNG. While Goldman Sachs in its March 31 commentary stated details of the well testing that have not been released publicly we still do not know what IOC found when drilling Wahoo 1.
Now, by demonstrating a willingness by Hession to forego certification payment for some undisclosed amount of time the market sees little value in that, either.
Help us Obiwan Mulacek. You're our only hope. Seriously.
