To me it seems that Phil's proposal started out strong in theory. I was ALL for it. He killed it with his board nominations. Once again, he was saying one thing and doing another. Is that any different then Hession? At least Hession's real compensation is right in front for all to see. I am shocked that Hession and co have not addresses the compensation "issues." Especially now that they are brought to light.
Disappointed in all of the players associated with IOC at this time. Hession can at least defend or promote the stock and share price. CRICKETSSSSS
