Art, Contact the broker holding the shares and inform them that you wish to attend the meeting and you would like a "Legal Proxy". The current management is paying the proxy solicitors to get all the votes, before the other ballot is even disseminated. The current situation reminds me of the old USSR, they also had a system that seemed to count your vote, in reality it didn't.
