Is there a place nearby to gather the night before that would allow a little more open discussion of this rapidly moving story? I still can't get over how it takes many weeks to close on a piece of residential real estate yet a multi billion dollar multi national deal involving the sale of an entire corporation can be inked in the period of a week. Panic is the only word that comes to mind.
