As predicted, the A-7 well is SCHEDULED to be spud AFTER the deal is scheduled to be consummated.
If the deal goes through, I believe that OSH and TOTAL, as the only two partners left, will agree to abandon A-7 and not drill. The one IOC person placed onto the OSH Board will not even peep.
Consummate (verb): 1. Make (a marriage or relationship) complete by having sexual intercourse:
"His first wife refused to consummate their marriage."

If we kill the deal, TOTAL cannot walk away from drilling A-7.
We will then get a proper Certification.
