Odds are over whelming with IOC shareholders receiving zero value for large chunks of assets that there is litigation and the court then determines fair value. If fair value is higher than what shareholders received then the losers pay those that opposed the deal. If you vote for the deal you can not collect. Today you can change your vote if you have voted. Vote no for many reasons.
