IOC Shareholders, to my opinion, should vote the BLUE Proxy now, then vote NO to the deal later IF IT COMES TO A VOTE. We can't yet vote on the deal.
As we seeth and fume over what the lying criminal has done to our investment in IOC, the deal vote is not yet on the table.
We must see the full details, especially what's in this shady MOU between TOTAL and OSH. How much of TOTAL's SPA obligations are being "forgiven" by OSH - - - which means that as OSH Shareholders we would be losing that money!
