Hey Art, The only thing we know for sure is PNG was aptly called the 'Land of the Unexpected' for good reason.
We don't need to care one bit about Duma, Namah or any of the others. Think the only guy we need to worry about is O'Neill as he is the PM and he will have a clear mandate with a huge MP coallition. His Gov't will be in his image and if he is crooked, we are screwed, if he is just we are golden. In reality, O'Neill was an illegit PM for the last 13 months and Namah, Duma and the rest were in campaign mode ever since. As O'Neill will be legit PM for 5 yrs., these guys will fall in order. O'Neill will be PM when IOC is at $800 and we are producing 10.6 Mtpa LNG in the Gulf and have plans for our 3rd LNG project........if IOC isn't bought out by next summer that is.
