I'm with you on the Duma subject.
Remember, at the AGM Sir Rabbie indicated it was quite possible Duma would not be DPE Minister in the new government, no matter what happened in the elections.
At this point, I'd say it is at least 51-49 against Duma being DPE Minister. LOL
