The E/A JV Partners voted unanimously to Spud A-7 in September 2016.
IOC Shareholders will vote on the Rotten Raw Deal on 28 July 2016; it includes a "CVR" that pays WHO KNOWS HOW MUCH?
IF for some unknown reason, the Rotten Raw Deal is accepted by IOC Shareholders, the remaining JV Partners will be OSH and TOT.
At the moment, there is nothing, I repeat NOTHING, to prevent OSH and TOT from cancelling A-7 one nano-second after the Rotten Raw Deal is accepted!
VOTE NO ON THE DEAL.
