I would think before the vote is not going to happen because that is like negotiating against yourself.
After we vote "No" is logical, but everyone has said they do not have that much cash to sweeten the deal. Maybe they have to take some off the table from Total.
Never happens if it is a Vote Yes.
And, since I am voting no, I would still bet they win. The system for us retail investors is rigged most of the time. Hoping not! Like I said before, if Hession loses fiscally and we get OSH stock and CVR's oh well but there would be a minor victory there. A big win would be a STAVROS deal. I am all for that!
