Indo: Phil Mulacek knew the results would be tainted and "strongly suggests" the all IOC Shareholders join him and vote NO to ALL deals that steal our money relative to what's coming to us under the SPA between IOC and TOTAL.

Am certainly voting no.  Gotta figure out how to do that this week.

I don't know why our Board doesn't give more time to sort-out alternative bids - delay the vote.  But I suppose that's a naive question as Pinkie wants his money.
