Resignation of EWC director; conflict of interest

Just so no panic sets in, I see that EWC had a Director resign last week, so my paranoid IOC shareholder antenna went up. However on reading the filing the person that resigned is Djan Faridz and he resigned due to a potential conflict. He has been appointed Minister of Public Housing in Indonesia. It now will be interesting to see who replaces him. Might Richard Chandler step in?
