I asked the IR Department today: "If OSH does not improve their bid by the Close of Business in NYC tomorrow (21 July) … what happens to the current Proxy Voting?"
Their response was: "It is cancelled and the clock is reset ie. New record date, new MIC, new voting date (likely September)."
In any case, I will continue to vote NO to any and all Bids that do not value IOC properly.
The current XOM Proposal IS NOT ACCEPTABLE TO ME.
