I wonder if Al Barwani has changed his outlook since the article referenced in the first post was published in May 2015 before the less than successful rights offering?

Also, are the figures thrown around here for share value (even if a great pipedream without the additional funding) based on what comes out of the sea (gross) or what Nautilus will be actually paid (net) for the ore with the deal with Tongling?
