He also makes a very good argument that placing all the risk of the CRP on A7 results and then, subsequently, on IOC shareholders is fundamentally unfair. I wholeheartedly agree.

We seem to be placing a lot of hope on A7.  As far as I know drilling A7 is the plan but not a requirement.  E.g. If they get into costly hole problems then they can abort the well.  I don't believe drilling A7 is a contractual obligation to anyone.  Correct?
