Incorrect- it was Eddie Antar, son of Sam (But not THAT Son of Sam).

Back in the day, Sam and Barry Minkow were like hand in glove, and IOC was one fo their favorite targets.

Barry is in the long hous, again, and Sam is as silent as the grave (no pun intended).

Check the interview on Marketwatch July 2014 that Sam the CFO cousin gave.  Extraordinary.

Truth is that he never left the crime world. He and Minkow defrauded many businesses using hostile shorting. Mikow went to prison for destroying a construction company through their methods, and Minkow went back to prison for defrauding the church that he founded.
