Phil recent written estimate is higher than Paradigm . Will Phil get his higher number or even Paradigm number ?! It's safe to say no . It's safe to say the deal passes. If you like $46.30 for your shares accept the deal . If not vote no and or dissent . Our group has chosen to dissent . Since Morgan and then BMO failed to value all the assets it's safe to say a dissentors will get a NAV number higher than $46.30. You say it's not $90 you may be right . I merely state what an independent expert stated in court . I prefer to rely on multiple independent opinions one of which was PET who on this board stated he thought 16 T's . Your free to collect your $46.30 in a lousy stock called Exxon . Others are going in a different direction. The only way a dissent pays off is if the deal passes and the courts approve .
