Clubb_777 that's a great point about the MAC lawsuit. The other wildcard is if PNG appeals by 8/1 - that'll blow everything up. So many questions...
If it's true Think about all the people / companies getting screwed in addition to us: Mike Johnston, Russell Debney, Geoffrey Louden, Shontel Norgate, the current director Glen Withers!, all the Mutual Funds, the PNG government.
Still hard to believe especially since they have qualified investors waiting in the wings. Are we missing something?
