I read the article that S3 posted and I agree with justin, that the reference to a small group of shareholders filing a class-action, is us. This is great! It's out in public, it's in print, on the internet etc. It's only a matter of time before some layers get wind of it and come sniffing around (sorry, no offense to the lawyers out there).
