Sedi (System for Electronic Disclosure by Insiders) is a required Canadian public reporting system for company insiders when buying, selling or getting granted shares, options, warrants, etc. Not super proficient with it or know if it's up-to-date, but found it interesting that the 6 people below still have "active" stock options per the report I ran today.
Tariq Albarwani: 1 Million Options, strike price of .23 and expiration or maturity date of 3/23/2023.
Jay Scott Layman: 1 Million Options, strike price of .23 and expiration or maturity date of 3/23/23.
John McCoach: 1 Million Options, strike price of .23 and expiration or maturity date of 3/23/2023.
Jonathan Whitworth: 1 Million Options, strike price of .23 and expiration or maturity date of 3/23/2023.
Glenn Withers: 703,000 Options, strike price of .23 and expiration or maturity date of 3/23/2023.
Paul Alexander Visosky: 600,000 Options on 9/17/2018, no strike price, no expiration or maturity date.
Why hasn't Nautilus Minerals been deleted off this system already? Why is the 3/23/23 date used for these options? Could be nothing - just more questions......
