Word from PNG; expect O'Neill to prevail

Evidently IOC is expecting that Mr O'Neill will prevail in the process, but still wrangling going on. Should that happen expectation is for licenses to get issued timely, but no timetable due to what is going on there. This is 2nd and 3rd hand so take it for what it's worth. Nothing earthshattering or that we didn't expect. Wayne is evidently in PNG and due back end of week, so maybe we can see if he will respond to any emails in the next few days.
