I agree that "all hell will break loose" soon.  Perhaps even this week.  But I don't believe news is contingent upon it being OE week.

The power to smoke the Short's is within IOC's ability at anytime and is not dependent on OE week.  In fact, OE week just may be the perfect time.  After all, Collin's few sentences last week affirming there are more than 1 SM's bidding popped pps 12$ in an hr.  I imagine IOC management now knows they hold the short's ballz in their hands.  Another few like comments may be in order.
