Although Nautilus was ordered to take their equipment off the ship, I doubt that a bankrupt company had the money and manpower to do so. I am sure that Nautilus was given so many days to do so. After that then MDL inherited all the existing equipment by default. So, the ship is at 80% complete.

Check out the linkedin for Dr. Mohammed Al Barwani, Founder and Chairman of MB Holdings. It still says "Non Executive Director of Nautilus Minerals". The man is an incredibly successful multi-billionaire, who employees tens of thousands of people around the world and no-one has updated his linkedin profile since 2019? I thought Nautilus Minerals no longer legally exists since the CCAA? Wasn't that the point of it??


Secondly check out the Isle of Man's Company Registry where the DSMF website is designated. I couldn't find a Deep Sea Mining Finance or DSMF, but there is an "active" company called Nautilus LTD ( https://services.gov.im/ded/services/companiesregistry/companysearch.iom?SortBy=Status&SortDirection=1&searchtext=Nautilus&search=Search ).

Not sure whatsoever if this is the same company as ours, but Nautilus LTD was incorporated April 18, 2006 which was a few weeks before Nautilus Minerals went public in May 2006 ( http://apps.tmx.com/TSXVenture/TSXVentureHttpController?GetPage=SecuritySummary&SECURITY_ID=215485&MARKET_ID=CDNX&SEC_SYM_SID=1&HC_FLAG1=Y&HC_FLAG2=Y ).

If you select Nautilus LTD on the Isle of Man's Company Registry you'll see "Company Type: Private Ltd by Shares". Definition: A private company limited by shares is a legal entity which is separate and distinct from its members. It is owned by its members who hold shares in the company

Sooo if (HUGE if) it is the same company and we still own shares are we still technically owners? Is PNG still an equity owner too? I wish I actually knew and was not just some half-ass internet detective!

Long Nautilus I also thank you sincerely for all that you bring here to this table.These are very interesting facts in deed. I do believe there is more to this story than the surface narratives and trappings of the legal system,  There are definitely inside insiders and moves are being made.  The question is are we collateral benefactors?  Has the door been left open for this stubborn bunch of rebels who just hung on long enough?  A very merry Christmas and holiday season to all and may this new year be one of love, happiness, peace of mind, good health, and greater prosperity. 560,000 shares traded over last 3 sessions. I get year-end loss selling for tax purposes, but there has to be both a seller and a buyer. Who is buying this dead symbol three years after it's "bankruptcy"?
