A gas from the past. Recall the IR set up photo at Wahoo of a gas flare. Says a lot in regards to MH personality. Image creation based on a similair photo of a successful commercial flare done prior. It also recalls the length to which MH and team mis-lead IOC shareholders. When first ask, IOC IR flatly rejected that there was any flaring done. If you were to believe that, then a conclusion was the photo was "shopped" 1-2 months later, IOC admitted that there was a flair, but the gas did not originate in the target reservoir zone. The more you look at the IOC narrative... the more you see "... a pattern of behavior....", and it still continues today for all to see. Perhaps the US Securities and Exchange Commission will be seeing it soon also.

In my opinion he has 100% failed to give any compelling reason to sell the giant he has been touting considering the uncertainty of the CVR. Other than lining his own pocket.

Not more than 2 weeks ago we heard   we had a giant, liquidity  and maybe 3 T's at Ant 7 and 6T's at TBR.

Bad deal for shareholders. Good deal for Total, MH, Oil Search and PNG government.

We found the gas and get the short end of the stick if we accept the deal.

Tree- the problem is not being part of OSH and what happens there . The problem is the size of this deal to Interoil shareholders . It removes favorable payments from Total from Interoil shareholder pockets to OSH pockets . So our ownership percentage of Oil Search assets is to low . Stavros is correct with his percentage statements .
Solution is vote this deal down and force then to raise the terms . Mulacek thinks many institutions are appalled at the price. That is a fact. So what to do about a bad price quite simple raise the price. The problem is what is a fair price thus the need for a Breach of Fiduciary Respondsibilty action to get the data room open .
