Securities Class Action

Anyone know some pro bono lawyers Big Grin

The report alludes that DSMF is assuming the debt the subsidiaries owes NMI, they empty shell we will own in a few days.  The Debt looked to be over $500 million.  For ten cents on the dollar like DSMF is offering its creditors plus lawyers fees that could recoup $50 million.  Or, $0.16 per share on the 300 million outstanding shares not owned by the principles who are screwing us.  I would feel a little better with that.

I know ... a pipe dream in a perfect world, but at least something to keep us busy Smile

I am a long time holder. I have 346,000 of NUS and 90,000 of NUSMF. Would participate in lawsuit but cannot lead. A little lawyer saber rattling at this point might be helpful. At least make them aware that we are watching. Between the shareholders on this board I would guess there are a lot of shares. More than enough to have the right lawyer licking his chops.

I currently own 500,000 shares. I'd be all for suing these guys, even if I only got pennies on the dollar back, it's better than nothing and worth it to stick it to them like they stuck it to us. Let's do this!

I know I’m very late. I’m sorry if I’m not optimistic and I’m a very small shareholder compared to most of you (10,000 shares), but if it’s not too late how can I come on board with the class action law suit?
