KOGAS update- sign soon; want upstream, downstream, offtake

Wonder if we get any responsie from IOC management. Maybe this is why those guys sold their shares; they wanted to cap their gains so they didn't have as much tax to pay. Hoho

This KOGAS news aould well be a strong-arm move by KOGAS/JKM. IOC has maintained that they will not say anything until the government has approved the project and everything is ready. They appear to be holding to that. KOGAS wants this project badly it's obvious, but bidding most likely isn't over yet. Nice to have a public "war" going on already.

Back to Korugl's article in the Post, another thing struck me about KOGAS. Take a look at the countries it is operating in. The list seems like it could be broken into three categories: 1) high development cost 2) high political risk and 3) waning gas resource. Not that anybody here needs another reason to feel good about KOGAS' interest in IOC.

This story was scheduled to run in last weekend's paper as the follow to the Friday story, but the Post-Courier Weekend edition was not printed due to technical problems.  No wonder I couldn't get a copy!

Crooze is reporting a rising wedge forming. A little more volume and we are on the way. Hoho

No doubt these KOGAS dealings are being investigated and found to be real. My guess is they flew the reporter to Inchon for the tour and dropped these bombs to a very willing listener with some suggestions on when he might put the story out. With O'Neill likely on his way back home after the China meetings it gives him some "chum" to talk with IOC about on progress of negotiations. O'Neill will have more good stuff to tell people about than they can handle and it will solidify his position post-elections. The next few days could be very fun.

Hope Croozer gets what he wants.

Unfortunately, the rising wedge is a useless observation unless the wife concurs that the pattern is justified
