Next Antelope Well
#11
Thanks Pet. Any comments on pages 58 and 59 of GLJ where they show gas and condensate estimates for Ant/Elk/Mule Deer?

I think they only gave Mule Deer 58 BCF. Since there is no well drilled in Mule Deer they assumed only fractured limestone. Most of the Mule Deer structure is in PPL 237 and the part of the structure that is in PRL 15 could be on the flank of a reef in PPL 237. Of course this is all speculation and we will need to drill a well to see if there is any matrix porosity or a reef in either PRL 15 or PPL 237.

As you know GLJ dropped Mule Deer from their next report and just based the resource number on Elk and Antelope.

Phil thought highly of the Mule Deer prospect and wanted to drill a well there.

It looks like the next Antelope well will be drilled down dip southeast of Antelope-2. See maps at the bottom of the report submitted to the SEC.

It appears that the proposed well will find the top of the carbonate reservoir at about -1,900 meters sub sea. If that is accurate the well will have a gas column of about 328 meters (1,076 feet). I will be about 215 meters (705 feet) down dip from Antelope-2.

Pet - Good day to you. Thanks for the pdf's with all the maps! For the Ant4 well ,I agree with your 1900 meter estimate for the top of the formation. This well will certainly gain us valuable information. As far as Mule Deer is concerned, even if the reservoir is between the GLJ interpretation (map 4-p 36) and the IOC interpretation(map 5 - p37), it would still be a fine reservoir [if it is filled with hc's] . Yes, the depth is shallower and the pressures would be less, but I could live with that. Again, many thanks for all your contributions to our cause.
