I do have a funny story about accredited investors. I once put on a form I was an accredited investor. Very BAD mistake. My phone started ringing off the hook. You would have thought I was a new rock star with his very first monster hit. It was non stop. They came out of every nook and cranny to me. Cold calls up the wazoo. I finally had to get a new number. Thank the Gods I didn't have my email in there. Unbelievable.

I think you're 100% right Sycamore - there is no way to purchase more shares of nusmf unless you're an accredited investor. Which begs the question: why would any accredited investor buy nusmf now or at any point over the last 3.5 years its been on the OTC Expert Market?
