This is call your shares in week
#1

The stock has been for sale every since the govt decided they wanted to make more money on their resources - BFD, a happy govt is good partner.  Its just an option - but at commercial terms a good deal for IOC.  Then Lakeview produces a joke of a presentation at the Invest for Kids conference (we know full of lies and mischaracterizations).  IOC has all the docs disputing their BS claims but can't get into a bar fight during sensitive govt negotiations. Ok so the stock drifts down as we enter into yr end tax selling.  Now its over... The modified project agreement is close to completion, O'Neill is firmly and publicly pushing his agencies to accomodate the Gulf project and we are trading at something like $.45/mcf ON ELK ANTELOPE ALONE..  The short game is over and there is a world of hurt coming their way.  Time for everyone, and I mean EVERYONE to call in your shares if you haven't already.  You're only getting paid 1 or 2% for the borrow anyway.  Call your broker today and make sure none of your shares are being lent..  Just Do It..

If you have shares in a margin account, submit a limit order to sell at $200 or whatever. That probably will prevent them from being lent out for short selling.

Dr Wu, while I applaud the post based on traders I have talked to its my impression that some of the big holders are still lending out their shares. So long as they keep lending out shares our calling won't make a big difference ( I'm sure it will help some and it certainly won't hurt) but what we really need is for all of the big holders to stop lending shares

We've heard of cash calls, yen yells and now we have the Wu Wail! Time to rally to the cause. I know one of the largest whales that says they do not have their shares out for hire.

The antelope has taken its position.

Palm I'm actually hoping one or more of the whales do have their shares lent out and then call them back right when the SD is announced

May I suggest, if you trust what you know and like the NT catalysts like MS and RJ and do believe the pps drop made no sense and trading at $.45/M is outrageous, maybe, just maybe if one is comfy adding or even taking a small margin position we can start to inflict a little pain back. I transferred more $ from my wife's savings account today (hohoho) to Chuck and will be buying more IOC ornaments for my Tree.

If the Big Boys call in their shares, the SHORTS must hand them back ... good.

But then the SHORTS can borrow ours to replace them unless we call our Brokers and tell them we won't allow it.

SO ... make the call please.

The Wu Wail effect.  He is one powerful hombre.

These are a couple of logos he is considering for his "Call In Your Shares" campaign:

Kind of like the 2nd one; shorts on fire
