LNG spot mkt. costs are at all time highs.

LNG supply holes exist.

Gulf LNG production costs are present day lows in the LNG industry at less than a buck/Mcf.

PNG LNG about $10/M to produce.

US Shale, the 'big threat' will be over $6/M to produce.

Exactly why now won't IOC get that deal and why it won't be at a stout $/Mcf?
