Question is, when will an updated resource estimate be provided? The first time they released the official report it was before they announced the earnings release date. The last time they did it was on the same day they set the earnings release date. Will we get that yet today? Hmmmmmmmmmm

I don't see anything that indicates what time zone to use for the FEB 28th deadline?

Part of IOC's mandated Canadian requirements are an annual resource report. GLJ has been updating the asset size and IOC is required to report those results with their annual results presentation. Thats this Thursday AM we hear news . Part of the CC has to include talk of the bids .Minimally that talk will B during the Q and A at the end of the CC. I would think Phil will B so excited we hear right away about the bids!!

I would suspect the final bids are being submitted to the appropriate IB in each case and therefore subject to the Feb 28 date applicable to each IB, but I have not asked and am not sure it much matters.

Many have asked the question as to why Feb 28 vs. later in March. One simple answer is that if you were the management team and you thought there was a possibility of a takeover offer as soon as the bids were in, you would want all cards on the table -- especially the resource estimates. The earnings report itself is of absolutely no value or interest to anyone. The IOC world only cares about bidders, bid price, and resource estimates. A large increase in resource estimates from the recent Elk/Antelope tests and Triceratops would make a 2X buyout look way too small.
