Orderly retreat of the shorts?
#1

This is a question to those here with more technical acumen. It seems to me that at $93 and change, basically all shorts are under water, the question is, what they're doing about that. I assume that part of the short count could very well be market makers and at least part of the shorts are hedged in one way or another, but we've seen posts here in the past where people tried to pry data (accumulation/distribution, on balance volume, money flows, whatever) to peek at least a little into what's going on.

In the midst of writing this it's spiking $2, perhaps there's my answer, haha.

Yep, that's a nice example.

Rumor has it that this was a margin clerk forcing a buy. Of those 50k shares it's rumored that AG had his 100 short shares liquidated. Haven't heard much from him lately. What say you AG, besides "Heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeelp!!!"

I noticed that someone has a a sell order in for 1 share at $92.38 and 2 shares at $92.48. There is also a buy order in for 1 share at $92.81 and 2 shares at $92.91. What would one accomplish with these orders? It is so strange it must be the same person.
