Catch the headline. Shorts are back to counteract the Hession news.  See http://seekingalpha.com/currents/post/1132872?source=email_rt_mc_readmore.

And a sudden spike in volume right when this article hits Yazoo. What a crap article and another amazing example of coordinated shorting. 2 minutes before the story posts to Yazoo a huge sell hits. Hmmmmmmmm

One step away from abject panic on short side, look at this weeks put volume and open interest for bear tracks.

And yes SEC I'm looking at you.

Citron lied. They said IOC was withing 10% when they wrote about it the first time Jan. 6, 2005. IOC closed @ $36.46 that day.

They also lied when they say it's been 7 years since they commented on IOC. This spring they posted another crap article about the end possibly being near for IOC.

Then we have the clowns on Twitter:

For those that have been on the IOC bus for any length of time know this is the second or third time we passed Citron throwing eggs from the side of the road. We can only hope the Exxon deal gets closed before Minkow gets out of prison.

But then again, our bus has a new driver so we get to see whether he'll swerve to dodge the critters or make them roadkill.

I'm in full agreement that OUR company should start litigation against the liars and other shorts and go as far as they can. What's a few million compared to our stock "losses ". They may be paper losses now, but, if the sp never rises to its fair value because of the shorts, then its millions, perhaps billions , of dollars that the shorts have prevented we, longs, from receiving. Very Real dollars!

From one of our old buddies:

  1. Memo to former CEO Phil Mulacek: Your partner in crime Tommy Belesis is starting to get very paranoid about who his real friends are.

  2. Memo to new CEO Michael Hession: Every fraudulent enterprise needs a useful idiot like you. Congratulations!

That's a class act
