very, very close.  It seems that of the 4 major deal points there is 1 being focused on to complete the deal.

What I understand is of the 4 major deal points that comprise the sell down....3 were pretty specifically agreed upon in the terms sheet. Legal language has consumed a great deal of their time and having both parties agree on the development plan is what should get us to a completed and announced transaction. Look for lots of specifics when the deal is announced.

Interesting, a small group of us where treated to a discussion of four major business segments during and after the AGM.

Believe "CF" took notes.

Coincidence... perhaps?

Todays market action, posts in other threads, and PNG political comments may be additional signals an annoucement of a completed sell down to Exxon is close.

Tusker,

Here is what I remember of the four parts.

1. An agreement on the amount of gas that XOM wants.

2. Model or Formula on how to calculate the share of E/A based on the delineation wells.

3.  Pricing model per MCF.

4.  Payment schedule for their share and the development commitments.

Best regards,

CF

Makes sense.
