The word is that IOC let the exclusivity expire without renewing it. The period automatically ended Aug 19th they say.Hession had the option of renewing the option and chose to let it lapse. So much for Blair Price and his article!!!Wonder where he bought his new house. On Duma Lane ???He's certainly got some answering to do to someone. Pavel called him on it and was right to do so.

So if that's the case, they disclosed the end of exclusivity immediately on the day that it occurred. Just as they announced it in May when the exclusivity began. So Hession was truthful when he said on the 13th that they were still in exclusive negotiations.
The "industry source" strikes again just in time for OE day. Maybe Blair Price will put a reminder in his Outlook calendar for the third Friday of every month to be aware of snakes in the night. |
