no. Its just a 6k to conform to sec requirements for whenever NQ or any company issues a press release (US company equivalent would be an 8k)

My reading comprehension for chinese is ok, but I'll be honest with you, it takes me forever to read through the comments as there is a fair amount of coloquialisms that escape my comprehension. I think I've seen you on there. Any particular insight you can share w/re to what the Chinese are saying?

I actually stopped going there as most of these comments I read were pure groundless and biased attack...just like stocktwits...i found here a more pleasant place to really look at whats happening..as people here generally are rational and presenting facts...

I did notice on the chinese forum a lot of criticism on NQ for its "unethical business practice" and i can see lots of people attack NQ because the company "steal their money". I personally do not agree with this as i myself is a paid user and i didnt find anything problematic in NQ's premium services including payment. I suspect a lot of these naysayers are hired by NQ's competitors to spread rumors and bad reputation. This is highly likely. The CCTV incident back in 2011 serves as a very good proof to these attackers.

Great to have Chinese speaking NQ holders on this forum. I've been asking my Chinese friends about the NQ brand in China. They menioned FL Mobile and Nation Sky are known brands to them.. and FL Mobile makes great games...but they're not familiar w NQ Mobile, do you know how the NQ brand is perceived in China? Thanks

Yeah. I started reading xueqiu earlier this year but got tired of it as it took me forever to translate. I remember kankan123. Hes the same person as bettercorporategovernance on seeking alpha. I got the sense that people have seen NQ, but that it was not a huge business by any stretch of the imagination. Feiliu and Nationsky however were greeted with excitement.

Yes some people question NQ's business model but others site that Qihoo 360 (Before their search engine came out) also had similar questions concerning their business model.

I agree that Feiliu and Nationsky are definitely known.

I have to admit that I only started to really look at this name when I started to invest in its stock. Maybe i heard about this name before im not sure. As a fairly new customer my overall experience with NQ is quite positive..i like its apps.

My experience is that the fact that few people recognize this brand is probably true to some extend. That said, given the vast geographical territory and population of China I wouldn't really doubt its market shares. If the company is making the amount of clean money as it claims then there must be users. NQ has extensive partnerships with some of the domestic manufacturers like ZTE, Huawei, and their busines model is not limited to personal mobile safety, they have games and they have enterprise customers some of them are big companies and banks. I believe they have ways to make money.
