There are 2 things today that need some clarification immediately:

1) It is our understanding that the news related to Piper Jaffray is not a coverage suspension, rather simply a ratings and price target suspension.  There is a big difference.

2) The rumors going around about Omar Khan are categorically false. He is sitting across from me and has not resigned. Our management team remains steadfast in their efforts to address the unfounded allegations in a timely and transparent manner. We have taken decisive action to date including our recent transfer and verification of our cash position to Standard Chartered; additional detail of our customer and channel partners; and the appointment of Sherman & Sterling and Deloitte to conduct a review of the allegations raised in an inaccurate report issued by a short-seller research company. The management team remains confident and committed to defending our company, our partners, our employees, and our shareholders.

Thanks for posting.  How does this get disseminated and how quickly can the market see it and verify tht is coming from Matt?  Is Matt using these updates as means of not sending out official press release?  I think it is a very smart way of sending out information in real time

Hi Matt, congrats on the new Agreement with China Unicom, great growth potential for the future.

However as very anxious investor, even more so with todays huge sell off in your stock, do you intend to release any 3rd party reports prepared by your new committee to try bring confidence back to the market? With this i feel the short sellers will drive this stock down to the very low singal digits and in which case Carson Block will have truely won.

Its seems to be clear the market is believing NQ Press Releases, Interviews or comments, it seems only independent reports will help the stock,any coming?

All I have to say is that if NQ turns out to be a fraud, many people who have done a lot more DD than me have been fooled. Basically, at this point, I just don't trust MW's style of throwing the entire bucket at someone, and most of their allegations have been shown to be wrong. MW is hoping that one of their many allegations sticks. That kind of style is very irresponsible.
